Hi Everyone!
We are looking to upgrade our version of JD Edwards to version 9 and I was wondering if anyone is aware of what version (if any!!) of Automater might be compatible with this. I know version 9 is very new but if anyone is using it with Automater, please let me know!! Thanks Emma -------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Automater 2.2.1 build 556 / Windows 2000 production & modelling server ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |

Thanks Emma Hi Emma, In reponse to your question, first of all you are on an Unsupported version of Automator (V221) and is not compatible with this version. Our R&D team have tested JD Edwards connector on version 8.93(B9) SP3 and also on E811.1 (tools 6.6) To enable you to use this you have to upgrade Automator to V3.2.0 There is some differences between Automator V221 and Automator V320: The connector(JDE) will not work directly on a production server an additional 'DOMAIN' server has been added where the connector(JDE) will be used, by installing the domain server on top of the production/modelling server. regards, Mahesh |
