I have a new requirement to let a certain team (1 group email address) know what has been received from a specific FromID (partner) every morning. I have made a custom Message tracker Search that shows me the last 24 hours of this partner with the default column list plus the Original Filename.

How can I get this information to be emailed every morning at 6:00 am? Currently, I just copy and paste the data into an email by hand, but I need this automated for the weekends and other times I am not in the office.

Any pointer where I can look to start with? It does not have to be pretty, just functional and readable. When I look at Help -> About, it says we are running Synchrony EndPoint Activator 5.7.1.0.5. We are running this on a Windows virtual server. i imagine I can schedule a .bat job on that server for 6:00 am every morning.

Hi,

Unfortunately there is no out of the box facility in Interchange to implement scheduling of email alerts. It can be by Integrating Activator with Sentinel, please refer to admin guide, chapter 'Synchrony Integration'.

If you wish to customize it using a bat/script. I am not 100% on how you could do it. However, you can get in touch with our Professional Services team on billable basis. Please write to OpsMgmt@us.axway.com.
