Hi:
I was making a transfer request in Gateway Navigator, but It stoped to work and closed unexpectedly the next time I tried to open showed the nex error: "peldsp: Queue write error". After I tried to stop a start Gateway service, when I typed "gatestart" I obtained the next message at the last lines: Can't start monitor because of previous error !! Check base integrity or initialize base to solve problem. pelmon start: No error Gateway startup failed... I typed a pelmon check_base and I obtained "Testing Gateway status : stopping. Wait a minute before checking base." I typed a pelmon status and I obtained Printing Gateway status : stopping. Description : GateController is stopping Gateway. I hope you can help me, That virtual machine is too important, it is running in Linux and the Navigator runs in Windows |

Hi
The problem is that Gatecontroller didn't update his status when your Gateway stopped not properly This explain why you have the message Gatecontroller is stopping Gateway You should have 3 files into run_time/data begining by "g" Try to rename these 3 files and then run a pelmen check_base -ra and gatestart Raphael |

Best Regars Try to stop the gateway first, if this does not stop you may kill the hanging process. I believe this is not your production environment Make sure it's stopped by running "ps -ef | grep $p_runtime_dir" And then execute the command -------------------- Kavindra Kulathilake

I was able to start gateway and run Navigator. Best Wishes Thanks in Advanced |
