Hi:

I'm trying to make a transfer request from Gateway to XFB Interpel or even make an application message and I'm getting
a error:

FPSIT025I 26.09.2009 15:59:58 INTRAWEB01(9) [0] connection request sent by DEVSRV01.
NET101I 26.09.2009 15:59:58 (12) outgoing connection request [src_add="/0",dest_add="127.0.0.1/6801"].
NET104I 26.09.2009 15:59:58 (12) outgoing connection confirmation [resp_add="127.0.0.1/47392"].
NET072E 26.09.2009 15:59:58 Client(12) SecureRelay failed to process request (Error creating connector to /172.16.0.22:6330: java.net.UnknownHostException: DEVSRV02: DEVSRV02).
NET105I 26.09.2009 15:59:58 (12) disconnection request [reason="0"].
FPSIT107E 26.09.2009 15:59:58 DEVSRV01(31457289) [0] ABORT received : 9 310.
FPSIT039I 26.09.2009 15:59:58 INTRAWEB01(9) [0] connection interrupted with DEVSRV01.
SUP011W 26.09.2009 15:59:58 INTRAWEB01(0) connection abort indication: reason="160, Connection ABORT" /prot.diag="310, Network fault" / error=0.
SUP108I 26.09.2009 15:59:58 Site INTRAWEB01 [12] retry connection (1/3) in 10 seconds.

I have 3 Virtual Machines running in Linux, one is the Gateway(DEVSRV01), another for Secure Relay(DEVSRV02) and the last for XFB Interpel(INTRAWEB01). If
I try to send a application message or send a file from XFB Interpel to Gateway it works without problem, Gateway receive the
file and the Transfer is Ended, the problem comes when I try to send a message or a file back to Interpel.

I've atttached some images and a Doc where I explain that the remote sites were added in both sides(Interpel - Gateway)

I hope you can help me.

Hi:

When you say "Router Agent",, What do you mean? is it a file or a log.

The Router Agent is the DMZ component.

You will find the requested information in <Secure Relay Installation Directory>/conf/configuration.xml.

It is also interesting to see how you configured your Master agend (this is the second component of the Secure Relay which connects to the Router agend)

The Master agend configuration you will find in <Gateway Installation Directory>/runtime/xsr/XsrConf.xml
