Hello:
I was wondering if anyone can help me with this error message: We are pushing a file from ST to a Tectia server & the flow is failing with the error message below: Account Folder: /uat2/Daily_VISA_CERT/Report Real File Location: /mfts/home/c000074t/uat2/Daily_VISA_CERT/Report/0621POC00120090910T010122.000000_VCRP.txt Failure Details: Connection failure while connecting to remote host xxx.ip.add.ress.:22 as user ecift2f1: The connection is not authenticated! [Unknown cause] does anyone know how we can address this? |

Hello Taj,
If it's possible to get logs from the Tectia side, then that would be useful, because there is likely to be more detail available there. It could be something as simple as that the provided username and/or password are incorrect. Another thing to do would be to look at SecureTransport's Transaction Manager log. You can open a support ticket with Axway Global Support, who will ask you to send over the relevant logs for analysis. |
