I had a 3B2 inbound fail. I fixed the pipdefinitions.xml and did a reprocess on the message but now get the received out of sequence. How can I get around this. I think it is complaining because I already have this file in error.

Hi,
In general you should only see this with single action PIPs if the pip instance ID has already been used and with dual action PIPs if the response action can't be matched up with an initiating action (e.g., a confirmation is received when there wasn't a request sent) or vice versa. Just assign new pip instance IDs to each RNIF message. Thanks, Sandeep |

Hi Sandeep,
How do I assign new pip instance IDs for an inbound document to me and reprocess it? I normally just click the reprocess on the message tracker. It does not allow for changing of the data. Thank you, Mike |
