Hello,
On Windows you should be able to login to Copilot with your Windows user and password. You can also create further Copilot user, but the following rights have to be assigned to this user. From the Windows local security policy (secpol.msc): [EN] - Login as a service - Act as part of the operating system - Replace a process level token [DE] - Als Dienst anmelden - Einsetzen als Teil des Betreibsystems - Ersetzen eine Tokens auf Prozessebene [FR] - Agir en tant que partie du système d’exploitation. - Remplacer un jeton niveau de processus - Démarrer en tant que service In order to create Copilot users on a Unix system, take a look there : http://forums.axway.com/index.php?showtopic=295 Benoit |

did you check that your 'admin' user have the three rights above ?.
If not, make the change and don't forget to restart the Copilot Server. |
