Dear all,
I have a question when it comes to XSR-RA. We are currently operating XSR-RA Version 1.0.6 SP4 on a system running Windows 2000 32bit. Since Microsoft support for Windows 2000 will end soon we are planning to upgrade to Windows 2003 while keeping the currently used XSR-RA version. When checking the XSR-RA 1.0.6 Installation Documentation it's only stated that XSR-RA supports "Win32" operating system, but no details on versions etc. > 1.2.1 Operating systems > The following operating systems support XSR-RA: > SOLARIS > HPUX > HPIA64 > AIX > LINUX > Win32 Does anybody know if XSR-RA 1.0.6 will also run on Windows 2003 32bit ? If not, to what version do we need to upgrade in order to have support for Windows 2003 32bit ? Thanks and regards, Jochen |

Hello Jochen,
Yes, XSR-RA will run on Win2K3 32 bit. End of support for corresponding Gateway 6.9.x is scheduled to happen within an year from now. Hence I would highly recommend switching to the latest versions of Gateway 6.12.2 & Secure Relay 2.1.2 of the Synchrony 4.2 family that still work on Windows 2K3. These new versions are supported on Windows 2003, 2008 & Vista(Business/Enterprise) also. Kind Regards Bala |
