SSA Tool for Gateway 6.8.5

Does anybody have the SSA files available for Gateway? I can't seem to find it on the support website, and I'd really like to be able to isolate all of the log files for a specific period of time without having to put too much into it. Alternatively if somebody has a script they've used to collect items from across the log files I'd be ecstatic if you'd be willing to share!

Hi Tony,
There is an information section just below the sign in form in the support portal's main page. This page I am referring to is the first page that appears even before a user signs in to the support portal.

In the information section, there should be a link with the label, Synchrony Support Assistant (SSA) with description, "A Java utility program that collects information about your Axway envionrment."
