Upgrade from 5.5.2 to 5.9

I am looking for what I need to do to upgrade from version 5.5.2 to 5.9. I see full install of 5.8 with 2 update jars - 5.8 all and 5.9 SP1. Do I need to install 5.8 as an upgrade then perform the update with 5.9 SP1?

Hello Michelle,

You do not need to upgrade to 5.8 before updating to 5.9 sp1. I am not sure what is on the download site. More than likely you will need to get a full install of 5.9. Then apply 5.9 sp1 on top of 5.9. If you cannot find a full install of 5.9, you may want to contact support to find out where to download it from.
