Gate Controller stops responding

We are running Gateway 6.11.4 SP2 on Solaris 10 and keeps having problems with the Gate Controller becoming unresponsive. It doesn't seem to hurt files transferring in/out but it drops the connection to Integrator. We have not been able to find the root cause of this yet. Just wondering if anyone else has had the same experience.

I would suggest that you upgrade to the latest service pack level. In addition to this, if Gatecontroller is such a problem why don't you disable from pelsetp.ini. Also, I feel that the problem of dropping connection to Integrator may not be related to Gateconroller. You should check the timeout parameters in csconfig.ini in Integrator folder. Also for confirmation you cehck the netstat status for CSTCP process.
