Since Sentinel 2.4.2 user AutoClear is defined!
I can find actions of this user, alerts automatic ackted by this user! How can I activate or deactivate the actions of this user? We use Sentinel 3.2.0 SP1! |

We use Sentinel 3.2.0 SP1! Hi, I don't think that you can deactivate AutoClear. The field UserAck (with its friends DateAck, TimeAck and CommentAck) has been reserved since at least... Sentinel V2.1.0 (I cannot remember Sentinel V2.0 but I don't think it was different). It is used to indicate that a new Event was received for an existing CycleId in Alert, without acknowledging the Alert via the Monitoring interface. |
