Hi,
When connecting to the FTP server of Inovis I get a "Signature error" (see underneath) Is there indeed something wrong with their signature or might our Gateway configuration be in error? (Using FileZilla client, I have no trouble in transferring files.) Does anybody have a suggestion? Thx in advance. RGDS. Hi !
The error message you have can come different points: - you do not have the entire certificate chains into your certificate database - the certificate you are receiving do not have the same signature as the one into your database - Gateway is not able to handle this specific certifcate --> Upgrade to the latest ServicePack for your Gateway Version If despite this you still have this errors - you should open a support ticket Raphael |
